Our services include but are not limited to:

All services are provided in accordance with:

• Indian Standards (IS codes) and National Building Code (NBC) 2016
• Local fire department regulations and requirements

While we strive to provide the highest quality fire safety solutions, our liability is limited as follows:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific service provided
• We are not responsible for damages arising from misuse or improper maintenance of installed systems
• Force majeure events beyond our control are excluded from our liability

All fire safety systems require regular maintenance and testing as per IS codes and local regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring proper maintenance schedules are followed.

All our fire safety installations and services comply with:

• IS 2190 - Code of practice for fire extinguishers
• IS 15105 - Design and installation of sprinkler systems
• IS 13039 - External hydrant systems
• IS 13867 - Inert gas based fire extinguishing systems
• NBC 2016, Part 4 - Fire and Life Safety

We maintain all necessary licenses and certifications required by:

• State Fire Departments
• Local Development Control Rules (DCRs)
• Relevant regulatory authorities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project specifications and requirements
• Ensuring proper access to installation sites
• Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
• Following recommended maintenance schedules after installation
• Conducting regular fire drills and staff training

Clients must ensure that all fire safety systems are maintained in working condition and comply with local fire department requirements for Fire NOC renewal.

Our warranties include:

• Workmanship warranty for installation services (typically 12 months)
• Manufacturer warranties for equipment and components
• Compliance with applicable Indian Standards and regulations

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Normal wear and tear of components
• Damage caused by external factors beyond our control
• Modifications made without our authorization
